About Open Call Programs

Since its opening, Tokyo Arts and Space (TOKAS) has been implementing various open call programs with an aim to promote international and Japanese creators with their creative activities by offering them support appropriate to their genres, the ways of production and presentation and the stages of career development. With a desire to develop many talents from Tokyo, we provide ongoing and multilateral support for creators through various programs, striving to become a hub for exchange between talented creators.
