Tokyo Arts and Space (TOKAS) has launched its open calls for “Exchange Residency Program” and “Local Emerging Creator Residency Program” for Japan-based creators. 
We will hold an Open Call Orientation Session on October 1 (Thu), 2026, introducing the features of each program. (Available only in Japanese)
