[re]BO[u]NDS is an intermedia installation/performance that is composed of three long glass cylinders filled with water, placed below water dispensers. When a drop of water falls within the cylinder, the sound of the drop is captured and processed in real-time.The original sound, like an embryo of a domino effect, will rebound in all directions through all sound sources. From the "crystalline" sound of a drop of water to the "crystallization" of chaos due to its fall to the ground. The multi-phonic system will make audible all sound directions, highlighting several dialogues between sound points.

Giulio Colangelo + Valerio De Bonis are two contemporary composers and intermedia artists, graduated cum laude in "Electronic Music Composition". Their artistic research uses parallel languages in order to create complex perceptive experiences. It is focused on instrumental experimentation and electroacoustic/acousmatic compositions, on electronic performances and sound installations, in the domain of the intermedia development. Their works have been exhibited in several international contests (ICMC [2012-2015], Gaudeamus Prize, SICMF [2015], NYCEMF [2013-2015]) and they have recently worked at the "ZKM", during a residence project. They have exposed also in the exhibition "SoundArt", curated by P.Weibel.
