Purpose of the residency
This is second visit to Japan to attend the residency program at SANDWIVH Inc. this programme based on to establish a creative platform like SANDWICH Inc in Dhaka. Therefore it is very important to experience the process of operating system of the organisation. This is not only about to see the exhibition and also gallery activities, it is also about to know about the whole process to related to arrange a show, workshop and other activates. This programme also will help me look on the [paper/publication/printing materials] work of given different handout during the exhibition as well as different discipline.
Plan during the residency
This residency will give me the opportunity to visit ample exhibition and galleries placed in Tokyo. We are also scheduled to work on a house renovation project. We will meet with curators of different museums to know about related matter. I will also meet with one of my conservator friend who will help me to discuss recent development of the conservation sectors and to collect materials like Japanese handmade paper/ different equipments helpful for continue practical conservation practice. Mr.Nawa Kohei will also show us different heritage site to learn more about to established and also operating tools to run a creative platform.
