What I want to value the most is "I in society." I believe that people who live in a society are not "others," they are "I." Society tends to group these individual selves together and turn them into passive beings. I believe that people living in society alongside “I” are not “others” but rather their own individual “I” living their own lives. What I aim to achieve with my art is to express the unique possibilities and unresolved emotions inherent in each individual “I”. More specifically, I want to use my art to learn more about each other and to find a way of living more actively. And, I take both my father and mother’s last names.
