Profile

Born in 1982. Graduated from Design Academy Eindhoven in 2008.
Recent 5 main activities are The Life Fair / 2016 / Het Nieuwe Instituut of Rotterdam(title/year/venue), GeoMerce / 2015 / Fuorisalone di Milano, Design Destinations / 2014 / MAXXI of Rome, , Phenomenal / 2015 / Museo MAdRE of Naples.

Educated as an industrial and conceptual designer and as a design theorist and historian, Giovanni works seamlessly across the fields of design and art, as an author, curator and critic. During his career he has exhibited at the International Design Biennale of Saint-Etienne, the Fuorisalone of Milan and the Van Abbemuseum of Eindhoven, amongst other venues. His work has been published on international magazines such as FlashArt, Domus and on academic journals. Giovanni's jewellery piece for brand CHP...? is part of the permanent collection of the Stedelijk Museum of 's-Hertogenbosch. Besides running his own studio, Giovanni is also an Assistant Professor at Advanced Institute of Industrial Technology (Tokyo Metropolitan University), Japan.
