Among other awards, we got the 'Swiss Federal Fine Art' Price in 2000, and have been awarded studio exchanges in London, Helsinki and Paris. In 2003, we did a visiting professorship for New Media at the Kunsthochschule Kassel.
About works / performance
We began making collaborative works in the field of computer media art at the beginning of the 1990ies. We developped spatial layouts based on programs which we designed ourselves, and began to write interactive software accompanying large installational displays of screens, data and sculptures. When the Internet came up we became interested in web art, which we often like to combine with physical extensions in real space. We are intrigued by the various possibilities of linking digital and physical media, and by the way technology can determine the way we perceive imagery in a new way.
